Review content:
I have been a patient at Sprayberry Dental for over 4 years. Over the years, Sprayberry Dental seemed to have lost their initial mission. They have become more concerned with money than about helping and caring for their patients. I have had to deal with several issues. First of all, their staff is not friendly. Some of the hygenists like to gossip. The front desk employees seem to act with a superiority mentality and are very unprofessional. I have had my appointments changed last minute several times only because it would be more ""convenient"" for the staff, even though I have a very busy schedule and made the appointment months in advance. In addition, I am very prone to cavities. Therefore, I would like to feel like I can trust my dentist in that he would find the cavities and fill them before they would become a bigger concern. For three or more occasions, I had to go back to the office and point them out because I felt that they were overlooked. Sure enough, they were cavities and I caught them just in time. Shouldn't they be able to catch them? Not only that, I think they were aggravated with me because I kept going back to them to ask them to look at certain spots because I felt that they were cavities (and they were), so finally they would just say that I was clenching/grinding my teeth at night, causing the suspicious feelings in my teeth. In addition, I have had several issues with billing when I finally stopped going to them. Needless to say, I do not recommend Sprayberry Dental.
