I have Southern General insurance; They are a Royal PITA. Looking into other insurance. Every month is a fiasco to pay your premium. 4 times so far they accused me of non payment and I had to supply them with my confirmation number. Their phone systems rarely work and getting to a live person is NUTZ. Shopping for a new insurance company ASAP !!! Had enough of fighting to just pay my freakin bill every month. After reading the other comments I am glad I was not in an accident.
