Review content:
People looking to engage Bits to resale their valuable and gently used equestrian items/gear should be aware of their poor and ineffective management practices! I provided them with merchandise (some of it brand new) that valued in the hundred's of dollars (the resale prices) and received very little of it in return. There was no accounting for what was sold and for how much; and then I had to call repeatedly to ask them to send me my checks. I had no way of accounting for the merchandise I gave them; nor could they give me information about the status of my merchandise. I simply had to trust that the occasional check I received for $25.00 was what they sold and I earned. Their system of recording, accountability and communication has been awful and simply unprofessional. It now makes sense to me why their business is not doing well. Save yourself the frustrating experience and poor customer service, and sell your stuff yourself!
