I never had fillers or botox but this was something I knew I had to get done. Makeup and concealer no longer hid those unfortunate lines. I was a bit scared but once I met Dr. Francis and his staff, my fear went away. They made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Francis took his time to explain to me the different kinds of fillers and what filler best suited me. It was a painless procedure! The numbing cream they put on my face worked like a charm! The procedure only took about a half hour. I LOVE LOVE THE RESULTS! I highly recommend Dr. Francis and his staff! In these trying economic times, it was the perfect ""pick me upper"" without breaking the bank.
