I had a great experience at Patient First. My total time there from when I walked in to when I walked out was less than 2 hours. They even provided my prescribed meds on site, so that I didn't have to go to a pharmacy. The only thing I had to do after discharge was go home, take my meds and get some rest.
To me, the staff was friendly and professional, and I say that as a person who is very particular about customer service...although I never felt like a customer, but like a patient who was treated well. This was my first visit to an urgent care facility and I believe I made a wise choice.
