Review content:
My daughter was 14-months old when our insurance switched to Kaiser Permanente. She had been having serious medical problems for 7-months and we'd been to countless specialists without any answers. We'd been dealing with a ""normal"" doctors office and the ball was dropped several times. There was no coordination of care (except for me), specialist reports to her doctor were going un-noticed, it was a terrible time for us. When we switched to KP and she started seeing Dr. Zilioli everything changed. All of the sudden communicating with her doctor and staff wasn't only easy, it was a pleasant experience! He listened to all my ""Mom theories"" and considered my thoughts when making decisions. He picked up the phone and CALLED some of the specialists she'd seen and asked them for their thoughts. She is 3.5 now and we're still very happy and continued to be amazed by KP's unique way of delivering health care with customer service. After experiencing the non-KP way and the KP-way I have to say that I'm in love with Kaiser Permanente and Dr. Zilioli. Now all I have to do is pray we don't have to switch insurance companies for the rest of my life!
