Review content:
Usually get great service however, I've been in 4 times for a vibration without a fix. I've been told (1) blown strut (2) engine oil leak (3) bad tire (4) bent rim. Struts are not blown. Engine does not leak oil. I replaced the tires without cure. I purchased a new rim only to be told the rims are not bent. Now I have a $200 paper weight. I understand how difficult it is to diagnosis some repairs but my satisfaction is at a new low. It is my opinion that Rochester Hill Tire has grown so fast that the once excellent service has seriously decreased. Unfortunately, once a great service department can not keep up with the current customer demand.
