I had just taken my wife's ford explorer here through the dealer we just bought it from to get all seats leathered and the front two windows tinted. When we had talked with the sales man we told him what we wanted the leather to look like and the shade of the tint. We got the car back and LOVED how the leather looked. You could tell it was professionally done and I could not believe how amazing it looked. But about the tint.. I noticed right off the bat that the passenger winder had a 6 inch scratch in the tint and the drivers side had a couple of small scratches in the tint as well. Not only was that a problem but the shade was NOT what I had asked for. I had my sales man contact them and was told to call them to reschedule a day I could bring it back in to get fixed. I shouldn't have received the car this way in the first place but if I could get it fixed I would be ok with it. I called them to do so and was shocked by how their vision of ""customer service"" was. They first of all never said sorry about how my tint looked and said that they tinted it as dark as they could per WA law. I have had 4 other cars tinted darker and do understand that in wa state it is illegal. But why would you even tint my car if you knew that wasn't what I wanted? I would recommend this place for leather but would never ever recommend them to anyone who was looking to get their windows tinted. I am now trying to get a refund and to get them to take the tint off at their cost so I can take it somewhere that will actually do what I want. This auto trim design does not know customer service.
