Faulty Advice Don't Waste Your Money\r \r DO NOT waste your time or money calling this company. \r The repairman who came barely looked at my refrigerator and told us the bottom line was that it was not worth fixing, even though it was only 2 years old. His advice was that the to replace the coolant that had ;leaked out was too costly, invest in a new one.\r \r Come to find out the refrigerator only had ice on the fan and unplugging it for a while fixed the problem. You could see the fan was not moving if you looked in the back of the freezer. But we had not known to do this before looking on the internet. But the repairman should have.\r \r Hoping to talk with someone at the company before I posted a negative review, I called Mac's.The person on the phone refused to give me his name and hung up on me. I suspect he was the repairman who came to our home.
