Dan was the most wonderful and thorough inspector. He addressed everything that you could need to be aware of. He even explained things to me when I had no idea what he was talking about so that I fully comprehended the report. When I had questions, he was very quick to respond via email. His report is thorough and visual. So glad he was referred to us because he really knows his stuff! Thanks again Dan!
