I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Shelor @ Spring Hill Veternary Clinic and Lori the receptionist. HOWEVER........ I would never, ever, ever take my dog to this place if Dr. Shelor & Lori (front desk) were not there. The other lady that is a receptionist @ the front desk is the biggest SNOTHEAD I have ever experienced in my entire life. She is VERY stuck-up and rude and her tone and customer service skills are inexcusable. There is also a female vet there and she is the total opposite of Dr. Shelor. She is not overly concerned about your pet and does the bare minimum when you see her. Her bedside manner is also lacking (maybe her and the lady @ the front desk are related?!). If Dr. Shelor ever decides to retire I will stop going to this clinic all together. I was referred to this clinic by a current customer and I have also referred lots of other people as well. They all give feedback almost verbatim to mine about the rude lady @ the front desk and the lousy female veterinarian. You would think these 2 ladies would get a clue and change their attitudes. Maybe once the clinic goes out of business someday after Dr. Shelor retires and these 2 ladies are out of a job they will realize that you cannot treat people like they do. Wake up, ladies!
