Review content:
I won 3 private pilates sessions for this establishment at a charity event and fundraiser. (Already the fact that this company donated their services to help raise money and awareness of under privileged children and their education won a point in my book.) It was heard at some point that pilates was one of the newest trends among those seeking a healthy body. I will say as a first time pilates practitioner the word trendy does not come to mind. This form of exercise is concise, powerful and extremely beneficial to your physical awareness. I am at a moderate level of fitness, running a few times a week or free weights at home. \r When I worked with one of the instructors here I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge she had of the body. Each movement she examined and assisted. Yet her expectations of the work on my end were apparent and I found that I desired achieving each challenge she presented. \r My review of Uptown Pilates overall is it is worth the money and time. If you are someone who works out and hit a plateau, you need a few private sessions to understand where you can improve your form. When I went back home to my regular workouts I can’t tell you how much the sessions helped me pull in my core and become a fierce runner. \r There are quite a few instructors here each had a different style and I worked with 2 different ones. The receptionists are also very good at pairing clients with instructors. If you are thinking of trying pilates or need to find your new spot I am confident you will be happy here. All levels are truly accommodated. \r
