I called Gremillion a few weeks back to take a look at my furnace. It's been very chilly this spring, and no matter how high we set the temp on the thermostat, it never seemed to get warm enough.\r

I called them and they had someone out to me by the next day, after first confirming that it was not an emergency call. I really appreciated that, in case I was without heat, they would've gotten to me sooner. Great customer service!\r

The tech came out right on time te next afternoon, found the problem and had it fixed by the end of the day. Rates are very good, service is timely, and the tech was able to get the problem fixed right away. All in all - great service!
