Barbara and Richard were always friendly and professional. Their prices seemed very fair and affordable. Richard even offered a discount coupon which brought the price down even more. I appreciated the house call, with them bringing in samples to look at in the room, rather than having to visit a store or showroom and try to figure it out. Richard discussed all options with us and helped us figure out what would work best and was sensitive to our budget. The blinds are working great for the purpose we bought them for (light blocking). One of the blinds ended up being defective, and Barbara and Richard coordinated to have the unit promptly replaced. They obviously care about their business and work hard. They were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call them when I need other window treatments in the future.
