Dimas was very pleasant and got straight to the job. What a professional! He used the cleaning unit in the truck instead of a portable and I live on the 2nd floor. I know the unit in the truck is better than the portable and he did not hesitate, even though it took more work, to drag the hose up 2 floors. He worked quickly and professionally. My carpets have NEVER looked this good, even when they were new. I can't believe this is my carpet!! I recommend A1 Carpet Care, hands down!!
