The first thing you need to know about this place is that only 1 person can schedule you for an appointment to have your table re-upholstered. The first time I entered the store, this person was just leaving, but was kind enough to let me borrow a spool of sample cloth colors. I returned the next evening with my choice, only to be told that color was no longer available. I was then informed of the cloth they had on clearance for half off and they let me take the clearance cloth to make sure it looked ok. I decided I wanted it, but then was told that it was only half off if I bought the cloth ($50), but I would only get $25 off if I wanted them to do the re-upholstery. This is when I determined that they must sub-contract their service work. So I called around and found another place to put the cloth on. I went in the store to buy the clearance cloth and couldn't get two words out with what seemed to be the owner. I started to explain what I've written here, but he cut me off and said, ""Have a nice day sir."" The amazing thing is when I first entered the store I was ready to pay the quoted price to get the low-end cloth upholstered by them. Instead, because of an inefficient business model, and un-informed employees, they essentially forced me to go elsewhere. They went from a sure $265 to nothing. Pros: They let you take samples home Cons: The sample colors are no longer available
