Key renter is very unprofessional and are quick to take your money knowing they would be discriminating against you. We couldn't even get a call back from the idiot manager who made a very poor choice reason to deny our application, in which, we fit all the criteria..., AND provided 2 letters of recommendation from our previous rental companies. When we asked why we were denied ( EVEN OUR CURRENT LANDLORD WAS SURPRISED)....the only answer we got was, this has nothing to do with emotion. However.....taking my money is very emotional. Watch out for this company, they will take one thing - Emotion- and will turn it into your whole life story and yet will STILL take your money. And will not bother to give a professional courtesy call when they TELL you they will have a manager call back.....Very Disappointing! : /
