I have used Internet review for 4-5 years but never have a I left a review until today. I am very happy with the service Iness has provided many times. My close friends and I travel quiet often and she has provided excellent service. I will definitely go back to SVH because of her. Iness is very friendly and honest. I wish all the travel agents were like her. Overall with her service I will give a 5*
