Review content:
Our experience started off great with the sales guy, but went horribly downhill immediately after we signed the contract. We were promised a phone call as soon as our permit for the pool was received, but no call ever came. It was not until we called 31/2 weeks later that we found out that the permit had been received long before and construction could begin. The pool was dug approximately 3' too large, thus cutting into and ruining our irrigation system. Plumbing was laid around this too large excavation, cutting an even larger space that cut into the roots of the tree that we were trying to protect with the smaller layout. During excavation, our gate was ripped off of its hinges and the metal mangled and cut. It was put sloppily back in place and no one mentioned what happened, possibly hoping no one would notice? The irrigation was fixed weeks later and the gate took about a month to fix completely. The stabilizing posts for our trees were ripped out and never put back in. Our waterfall feature was slapped together with gaps that weren't repaired until today (a month later), although they left concrete or paint on it that needs to be scraped off. We were told that we'd receive extra paint for our decking for touch-ups, but never got it until today (again, a month later), and it was given to us in a Gatorade bottle!!!\r

So, about a month after the pool was ""finished,"" it's still not finished.\r

At one point, I had submitted a BBB complaint but agreed to mark it as ""resolved"" after promises of quality by the sixth employee they passed me to. Stupid mistake, as nothing ever got better and the only compensation we really received was a free tile upgrade.\r
\r
Worst contracting experience I've ever had and one I plan to tell as many people as possible about to save them the same headaches.\r
