Review content:
Going through this store has been the biggest disappointment of my life! I will tell everyone I can to avoid this place. Through facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, word of mouth and any way possible, I will warn people to stay away from the Jewelry Exchange/Factory. Steve at the store is a big rude a$$hole. The customer service is horrible! They treat customers like crap. I will not stop warning people from here on out. The reviews sites are going to be loaded too. Marie at coporate is the most incompetent rude horrible excuse for a human being. She needs to retrained on how to deal with customer complaints and needs an overall attitude adjustment. Marie is a total waste and a big C*NT on top of it.
