I dropped off my laptop for a broken hardware. It still worked perfectly, but the joint was broken and the bezel and hinge needed to be replaced.\r

It took OVER 2 MONTHS (62 days) and dozens of phone calls begging for the return of my laptop to get it back. I just picked it up and it is missing the hinge entirely and WILL NOW NOT TURN ON AT ALL. I took it in for a cosmetic repair and, after 2 months at Cheapest Computer Fix, it is returned COMPLETELY BROKEN.\r

Gary had many excuses to why I couldn't pick it up: He said he needed to order more parts, then he couldn't fix it, then he said he'd ship it to me, then the fictitious shipping company couldn't deliver it, then the shipping company lost it, then he said that Cheapest Computer Fix lost it.\r
I had to have a LAWYER WRITE TO HIM and then he ""found"" my computer within 10 minutes - after 2 months of waiting! Now I have to go to SMALL CLAIMS COURT! You do not want this hassle!\r
