Review content:
I've now gone to Fern Life Center for two services: the colon hydrotherapy and the pancha karma. I loved both. I went in for colon hydrotherapy a couple of months ago because I'd had a lingering cold for almost 3 weeks. Keesha (the doctor there, actually an ARNP, but she seems to have encyclopedic knowledge about natural healing, and she'll spend time talking with you) recommended it, also because I'd had digestion problems. The next morning my cold was gone and it hasn't come back. Good enough. So a couple of weeks ago, I decided to try Pancha Karma, which is an ancient Indian detox and rejuv therapy. I've gone to a lot of spas, and tried a lot of fasting and cleanses, but this was amazing. First, great massages by two therapists using herbalized oils. It made me feel like a new-born baby. After the first of five sessions, I felt lighter, happier, and the health problem that brought me to the clinic (severe and chronic eczema) disappeared by the end of the 5-day treatment. I'd like to do this once a year. The one downside is, it's a busy clinic and you may have to leave a message when you call for an appt. All I can say is, be patient. The wait is worth it.
