A very disappointing experience! \r
I decided to try Dr. L Bhatnagar as my prenatal care physician. I failed to really look into her background or read reviews.... She is one of St. Joseph's Hospital doctors, female & her ofc is near my fiance's & my work. I was excited to meet her! Well.... to my surprise, I was so disappointed with this ofc & most importantly the Dr! Her bedside manner is horrible! She was not friendly AT ALL.... she missed to ever say hi / acknowledge my fiance in the room on both of my visits. Yes I went back for a 2nd visit (for an ultrasound). She seemed bothered / in a bad mood... although when she spoke, it seemed as if she was reading a script and then would smile to ask if I had questions.... but when I would ask, she was upset and unfriendly again. Totally weird! During my ultrasound she was just quiet.. the whole time! I asked her if my fiance could stand up and look at the screen, since she never offered to share the screen with me! When we asked her questions, she only said, "" yes"" or ""no"". I felt like she was bothered to see me! Totally awkward experience... Never in my life did I expect this from a physician. I have transferred to a new doctor. I wonder if she is like this with all of her patients? Completely unacceptable.
