I would not recommend Group Fox. \r

I stay at 800 Hinman Av. and as mentioned below the rent has been increased by about 40-50 % after the renovations. Ofcourse, since the utilities are now out of pocket, the effective rent increase is more than 60%!!!!\r

And such a so called LUXURY apartments does have any Manager onsite to atleast collect the lease papers !!!!! And in such a LUXURY apartment, the only facility is the fitness center. Please have a look to the lobby in the building, which seems like it is almost in the streets. Apart from a gallant SHOW PIECE, the lobby serves no purpose. This has been the most badly managed properties I have ever lived. \r

Definitly would not recommend.
