I am now reading a response they made to my negative feedback. Wow, you just demostrated customer service at its worst! You lied in your posting about the condition of my dog. I talk to everyone I see on the trail about where they get their dog groomed and we all don't go to you for the same reason! Either they hav heard of your bad service or have experienced it first hand. I would say I'm surprised by your lies, but then again of course you want to defend your business and would have no choice but to lie! It is better to treat customers well and do a good job on our pets, then to have to later defend yourself her with outragous lies. Shame on you!!! I love my pet groomer now, and they would never say these things about us. Not only do you give bad service, bad cuts, over priced but you are also liers!!!
Pros: I can't think of one!
Cons: Rude, assulting, poor quality grooming and expensive!
