Review content:
was over at lowell general last thursday with my mentally challenged son,he had a seizure fell off the lawn chair and opened up his head, got there at 3:30 PM, not sure of the exact time i know it was awhile like about 5 or 6 when a nurse came out,she was from the er,asked the nurse at the admitting station what the status was with the patients, nurse explained about jason incident and she replied that he is just gonna have to wait and took some patients. this nurse was about 5 feet 2 or so with short blonde hair, at around 6 the er head nurse cindy came out and took more patients and explained that she would be right out for me. needless to say she never came out. i finally got called in at 7:30 and got out at 10:30. 7 hours waiting for my sons head to be stitched up, i feel thats a big problem and the nurse who stated that remark i feel was way i had to wait.Profiling patients ,is that something new now
