Businiess name:  O'kelley & Sorohan

Review content:
First transaction, O'Kelley and Sorohan kept my $10,000 in earnest money for several weeks after it was supposed to be refunded. I was told numberous times the money had been mailed back to me. 3 weeks later, found out it was never mailed out at all. Second transaction. My warranty deed was never filed. After being hung up on twice and directed to 3 different post closers I was told that the warranty deeds go out daily. Except for mine. A week later I had to request to have it mailed. I asked for Rush Recording because Cobb County does this for a very low fee of $5. When I asked the post closer to do this, she was unfamiliar that Cobb County does this, and did not do it as requested. If you are a closer and you work in Cobb County, you should be familiar with how deeds are handled in your county. I purchase several homes a year and will make sure O'Kelley and Sorohan are never used in the transactions.
