Businiess name:  ANIMAL CARE CLINIC

Review content:
The question isn't about great care . . .though the doctors here are as good as any other in the Central Coast area, there unfortunately are lots of inept new hire newbies here that break their teeth in on longterm clients that are starting to seek Vet care elsewhere due to the ""do you want fries with that"" approach that this facility seems to practice almost as much as Mcdonalds ""would you like that supersized?"" practices. Of course, if you noticed, McDonalds ceased the use of the ""supersize"" when enough advertisement of that little phrase was out and about to cause harm to the business. Now they ask if you want the med or large when ordering those meals. Animal Care needs to stop gouging the clients that are attempting to seek medical care for their pets. What they ""mark up"" on labs and additional not necessarily necessary tests etc is getting a bit over the top. Especially when the staff is constantly being turned and the newbies are as empty on experience as they can get. Paying the kind of money for vet care that this place charges should come with red carpet and pampering of the pet owners along with the pet. Those rave reviews that you read here about ACC come from those who are working there and have been encouraged to go online and post a positive review. One employee is so niave she actually admitted to being an employee right there in the review. I am sure Dr. Markoff roled her eyes with that one thinking, good job newbie . . I didn't say identify yourself as an employee . . that makes the review worthless! \r \r Change your tune ACC or you might just show up on you tube one day with a list of charges for vet service being advertised along side comparison vets in your area. Pros: Doctors for the most part are skilled Cons: It will cost you an arm and a leg to save fluffy's!
