Single color processing is not root touch up only and telling prospective customers that some people just try to get more than what is advertised for no money. Seriously great customer service Marley, lets insult a possible regular client who was getting sick of going off Cape to her regular hairdresser and hoping to find some one down here that would work out. \r

So, first time clients, I suggest not bringing up the web specials with any of the stylists there.
