Reading through the reviews here, I was hesitant to take my Onkyo Receiver into their shop to have it repaired. I decided to try them anyway since I needed the repair done within the next 2 weeks and over the phone they were the only authorized repair Onkyo service center in the area that claimed they could do that.
I stopped by their location this morning at 9AM to drop off my receiver to have it repaired. At first the guy stated that it would take about 2 weeks but after I described the problem he decided to have his tech open it up and take a look. He asked that I wait to see if they could fix it right away.
After the tech took a look, he was able to confirm the problem, repair it, and confirm the fix in less than 45 minutes! They were very professional and told me that if I have any other issues with my receiver, to just come in again and they will take care of it.
Hard to believe that I was there at 9AM to drop off the receiver for repair and by 9:45AM I was driving away with a repaired receiver! Great work! If I ever need a repair again, I won
