Review content:
To everyone who ever needs floor work done. Please don't use Gookins floor store in Covington. Paid $2400 to have our kitchen floor put in and it now is almost a danger for someone to walk on near our sink. Have filed a complaint with the BBB. Asked for them to repair the floor but they wouldn't but then offed to fix it after I filed the complaint only if I wasn't present when they repaired it. Its my house so that was a no go. The owner is not living up to his guarantee that he says he puts on his work. He won't even verify if he is licensed or insured to work in the State of TN. Please avoid this company if you value your house. The owner is Mr. Eubanks. I want this situation resolved soon.
