I am in NO way associated with any other company and I would like nothing more than to give POSh a good review, unfortunately I cannot. I brought in my platnium engagement ring to be resized from a 6 to a 5.5 and was assured that I would not be able to even tell it was resized. Not only was it obvious the ring was resized but POSH RUINED the engraving on the inside of the ring. The engraving was off to the side of the ring and no where nears the bottom where the resizing took place. Then then man had the nerve to blame me for not telling him there was an engraving and continued for a good minute with all his excuses for why he ruined my ring. My fiance and I are literally devistated. I saved for months to get her this ring and for him to blame me for his poor work is a perfect indicator of his complete lack of integrity to stand behind his work. Do not use this jeweler.
