I too have had a very bad experience with this place. After 4 years of storing our trailer here, we went to drop our trailer off after our vacation to find another trailer in our spot. When we called to find out what why, the manager became belligerent and said that we had called last month to cancel our spot and that we were 2-3 months behind on our payments (none of which was true) He then informed me that we now longer had a spot there and hung up on me. Prior to this we had not had a problem. The place is pretty run down and trashy as is the manager but we were just storing our trailer there so it wasn't a big deal until we experienced this. It was out of left field and completely unexpected. I would never deal with this place again.
