STAY AWAY AND RPM NORTH VALLEY WILL RIP YOU OFF $1000 IN FEES\r \r \r \r My investment property was managed by RPM North Valley and I made a big mistake.\r \r \r \r There is no customer service from their staff and you have to chase them for a response. They never return phone calls or e-mails; you have to chase them for a response. They charge a coordination fee for every repair on the property of $45 and a three monthly inspection fee of $49. \r \r \r \r BEWARE of Monmar Home Services, which is the company owned by RPM, which marks up the repair fees almost by 100%. RPM North Valley are professional conmen and ask them for the real invoice, they never provided me one, since it was marked up over 100%.\r \r \r \r If you suspect there are overcharging, they are and they cover it up really well.\r \r \r \r SUGGEST THAT YOU COMPLAINT TO THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE BY USING THE BELOW LINK. DON’T LET THEM RIP YOU OFF $1000 & GET AWAY\r \r http://www.re.state.az.us/Inv/Forms/Form_INV-800_Request_For_Investigation.pdf\r
