If I could leave a zero star for my experience, I certainly would. The staff was friendly enough, but the way they handled their mistake has me furious! I took my dog in for a summer cut, which is the cut that she always gets, on Saturday, August 17th. I was asked if I wanted the terrier cut for her face and I said no, but if they could just leave the head unshaved. The girl at the counter said that it wouldn't be a problem and told me my dog would be ready by 4pm, but no later than 5pm; and that she would call me.\r

Well, 4pm rolls around and I haven't received any phone call so around 4:20pm I got tired of waiting and went to pick her up. When I got there, I waited for about 5 minutes before they brought my dog out. The groomer then proceeded to tell me that they had a little accident when they groomed her!???? No body bothered to call me to tell me that and moreover, I still ended up paying them for their service?!!!! Seriously??!!! They clipped enough of the dog's ear that it is a noticeable cut! And then they asked me if she ever had a summer cut before? I told them that she gets a summer cut every time I take her to the groomers and I never got a dog back with a cut on her ear or any other body part!!!! Not only that, they apparently ignored the part where I told them to leave the head alone and just shave up to her neck! And they had to gall to tell me that the next time they won't cut her! Are you kidding me??? NEXT TIME? THERE WILL NEVER BE A NEXT TIME!!! I am so thoroughly furious with how this was handled that I feel like they should refund me my money for cutting my dog's ear and then blaming it on my dog as if she caused the clippers to cut her ear! Considering that she wasn't supposed to have her head touched, they screwed up and I was still nice enough to pay them! I have already told other dog owners not to come here as I think they did a horrible job with my dog! Worst grooming place ever! Petsmart does a better job and is priced about the same! If the owners would call me, I can send them a picture of my dog's ear just for proof!
