Serves underage teenagers every night of the week, bartender actually tells kids to go out the back door if cops come in. This place is known from the Great Northeast to the ghetto slums for serving you no matter what your age. Fistfights every weekend between Fishtown and Port Richmond kids. The lowest of lowlifes must own this place. Owner also hasn't paid taxes in three years and owes over $21,000.00. Lien is on property and collections being pursued yet this scum is still allowed to operate. Unreal.
