Review content:
Dinner reservations were made to accomodate my baby shower/birthday and a graduation for 19 people. My group was made to confirm the reservation more than once due to our reservation possibly being lost by employees. We were also told that they would not be able to accomodate 20 guests even though they list they can seat more than 20. The dinner guests arrived on time and spent several hundred dollars on the dinner. After two hours and during desert the manager approached me the guest of honor and stated that he needed my party to leave so that he could have the tables for other incoming walkin guests. Before We could finish eating desert and drinks the bussers came to the table and started clearing the table before we could. Completely disrespectful and bad business practice followed by bad customer service. I have been coming to this place for over 30 years and I have never been treated so poorly nor have I been this embarrassed by a manager in front of other dining guests seated near us. I will not recommend this place to anyone from now on. This is not even worth the one star required to even have this opinion shared.
