I go back to this store all the time to get my oil changed because they always have coupons and because its so close. The people are very nice, and usually I don't complain. But it always takes a long time to get my oil changed. Last time I went I asked the man behind the counter how long and he said "right now". I didn't leave for an entire hour (and I asked them to skip the vacuum). I've been to other place that only take a fraction of that time. Usually I don't mind waiting, but I had to run to other stores. If I had known it would have taken an hour I would have had someone pick me up or walked to the store. I dislike dishonesty. I don't know if ill be going back.
