I really hate it when my computer goes on the fritz but I can usually just re-start it and the problem will go away. This time, nothing I did worked. I even tried to take out the hard drive and attach it to another machine as a slave so I could attempt recovery, but that didn’t work either. DataRetrival team was really responsive and helpful, and my data was restored to me exactly as it was before, with no additional expenses for me to bear on the HDD side. These guys are real life-savers and I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen to me! Very professional, very fast and very good at what they do. Thanks again, team!
