These apartments may look nice at first glance, but whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE. My roommate and I were shown a sample apartment, not the actual unit because supposedly they were fixing it up at the time. Our unit definitely has wear and tear. The staff will screw you over. When I moved in, I was only issued two keys, one for the unit itself and one mailbox key. There is a third key we were supposed to get for the building itself. The door is usually unlocked, but I was stuck outside of the building for over an hour last night. I called the maintenance number and an extremely rude gentleman told me that there was nothing he could do. As he progressively raised his voice at me on the phone, he told me this was my fault and insisted that I had just lost my key and it was my fault. He hung up on me. I about had it at that point. I called back and he rudely asked me what I thought he should do about it. I suggested that he would come and use his keys to unlock the building. I even offered to compensate him for gas. He said, ""by the time I get my socks on and drive all the way over there someone else will have let you in."" His rudeness is something I would have never expected. Luckily, after being locked out for almost an hour, another resident came home and let me in the building. \r \r This morning, I received a note from the property manager stating that, ""The constant calls and harassment need to cease or we will be forced to terminate your lease."" I almost didn't believe it. Now I am forced to pay a replacement fee for the keys that they failed to give us.
