Review content:
First time using Best Buy's Geek Squad. I read a few bad reviews so didn't know about them. They were really nice and knowledgeable. They didn't seem to mind that I was a dunce when it came to operating my new tv and they taught me how, even quizzing me on it. They also managed to fix a door on my cabinet, improve my wireless and pointed out where the sales person had overcharged me 100 dollars. On top of that, they sold me some cables that were half the price of the ones I had bought (which weren't even usable) and told me to just take the unusable ones back so I could get my money back. The Geek Squad was excellent.
