Complete rip off. I asked them to fix my AC, after charging us almost $500, which didn't fix the problem at all, they told us we need to change to a new unit! They gave us three days to talk to their comfort advisor to put the money we spent on fixing towards a new unit! They don't have the customers interest in mind, all they want to do is to try to sell you their service plan and new AC unit. They charged us $369 for less than two punds of freon, too expensive. Not an honest company.\r
