Review content:
I just moved out of this place. I moved out because I thought the rent was too high, but now I wish I would have stayed. I agree with the last reader that when I first moved in my rent was $689.00 including my cable and water.when my lease was up and I asked how much my rent was going to be they told me $735. I moved because I did not want to pay that much. All I have to say is big mistake. My apartment now is a pos and I pay almost $90 for the same cable deal. This place was 250 square feet bigger than where I live now and was clean. It seems as if all apartments raise rents, I asked my new neighbor how it has been for her here at my new place and she said she got a $95 increase so apparently thats the way it is.
