Review content:
We live out of state and gave them our credit card info. When we were selling that house, we called and paid the bill due, said to charge us one more time for service and not any more. They did those two charges and then charged us $120 over 1 1/2 months later without permission. I realized a month later and called right away thinking they would credit us back because it was a mistake. We didn't even own that house when they did that. They didn't give us our money back. I filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with my bank. It's their word against mine. They are allowed to take my money because they had the card even though it's their mistake. I would go with another company that has more professional record keeping and better customer service and owns up to their mistakes. This was their mistake and I'm 1000 miles away and didn't know if they did cut it after we sold the house. I feel like they stole from us. Even if someone accidentally cut it by mistake because they forgot, it's not my fault. We told them to stop. They might have done more work. I'm too far to know. But I know in March we said to STOP and they didn't and they got away with it.
