DO NOT BOOK A WEDDING WITH THIS PLACE! --I must admit I have been nothing but disappointed with the company on the whole. I booked my wedding venue over a year in advance. Sure it was easy and quick when they were wooing me and trying to get me to sign on but the moment they had my money, the completely brushed me to the side. Shirley Hopp continued to ignore my requests to speak with the 'planner' they were going to assign to me. She stated multiple times that the planner is too busy with more current weddings to be able to help me yet, but she will be in touch..Low and behold, 3 months prior to my wedding date and NO contact what so ever. I paid $6000 in total for my deposit on the Glessner center and, due to a series of very unfortunate events, have had to cancel my wedding. When asking about the deposit, not only did they tell me that it was non refundable but that I would be responsible for paying them the monies they anticipated to collect from my wedding!!! I would NOT recommend this place by any means. The customer service is horrific and they have been nothing but a frustration from day one.
