Review content:
I hired Marty Gefsky based on a recommendation from a mutual doctor friend and had high hopes he could help me with a few simple questions on my first home / investment purchase, such as the occupancy certificate and adding wording to a standard sales agreement regarding the current leases on the property. He eagerly called me back to understand my needs, promised to research my questions, and then call me back the next day. He never did call me back and my daily messages with his secretaries remained unanswered for a week. When he finally called, he had not completed any of his research, even though I had hand-fed him the paperwork he said he needed from my real estate agent (he never called her either as he promised; when I discovered this, we faxed it to him). After my second phone call with Marty, he again promised to research my questions and call me back the next day - it is almost a week later and yet again despite my messages with his secretaries I have heard nothing. His behavior and the behavior of his office is INEXCUSABLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have lost two weeks in a critical timeline to propose a sales offer because of his negligence to my request and false promises. Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: fired them - unprofessional did not call back when promised
