Review content:
I had Dr. Dahan do several procedures at once (only 3 weeks ago). I am very impressed. I had originally planned on haveing a ""famous""' surgeon in Pittsburgh do the procedures, but after researching post-op problems, decided that I wanted someone local. Upon first impressions, his staff can be a bit ""stiff"", but after my first appt, they knew my name and have been very good to me. He ended up keeping me in the hospital an extra day , just to make sure I was progressing as planned, he visited me every day and didn't just poke his head in the room. He examines all my incisions and asked many questions. 2 days after I returned home, an incision started to open (which I had been warned about by BOTH surgeons I had consulted with). I call the office and was told to come right in. they saw me immediately, even though he had a room full of waiting clients. I will have to have some revisional procedures done on areas where the wounds opened and the scars are wider than would like (again, I was warned about this before surgery). I am already planning my second surgery and wouldn't have anyone else do it. The only thing I didn't like, was that he does tend to overbook himself and is usually running behind schedule. But, the day I had a true medical problem, he got me right in, so I don't mind waiting now and again. Great man, great surgeon.
