I cannot even express how disappointed I was in Merry Maids Gladstone. That is saying a lot, because I'm a pretty easy going, friendly person. They started off doing a pretty good job, but then the quality went steadily downhill over the last few months. The cleaners often skipped standard tasks, like vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the kitchen sink, etc. The staff were constantly complaining about one another and their boss to me, and a customer should never be put in the middle of these type of issues. The two instances I tried to speak up and ask for better service, the owner responded by raising my rates. Unfortunately, this company is a complete disaster with horrible customer service. If you are thinking of hiring house cleaners, do NOT use Merry Maids.
