The worst customer service ever. The woman there overcharged me $80 because she said I didn't return the car with the parking garage ticket. This is a lie. How did I get in..she was there when I returned it. I tried to give her the paperwork. she said she didn't need it!!!!!! Well, guess what?!, the paper parking ticket, and the paper contract she said she didn't need, costed me $80. she didn't ask for the ticket from me directly, and then she told the other employees there that I am a liar, and psycho. That was really nice. The problem is that most people are not in a financial jam, I am thou..so $80 taken out of my account unexpectedly, costed me $35 form my bank...the fact that they are messing with me-for no honest reason, is shameful. The manager won't even call me back. I have left several massages on a recording, and with the employees. Do not rent from there. They are super shady. There is another place inside the mall that rents cheaper, and I called and asked what they do if they dont get the parking garage ticket back-they said:1.it never happens,they always ask for it from the customer. 2.If for some really crazy reason the ticket is lost on the way to the counter, the gentleman I spoke to said: they generally always give the customer a break, but they are 'able' to charge the customer $22.. Why dollar is so stingy? $80 for a 2"" piece of paper?! ..It's because they are a franchise-if there is a problem with ANY aspect of the rental, from a dirty car, to being overcharged-the actual Dollar Co. can not help at all. Nothing they can do..But nicely apologize. You have been warned!
