Well being middle class in Yarmouth does not pay off to begin with. The office manager Lise is great and I will miss her. If you are not upper class and work for a living you will be treated as if you are a poor person. I have been with them for 5 years and sometimes they treat me well but most of the time they treat me as if I am a second class citizen. Sometimes they will talk down to you and I must have impressed the nurse one time because she commented on how nice my son's Timberland shoes were they were Wal-Mart shoes but looked the same. Basically if you are rich they are great and if you are middle class or lower they are great in caring for your children but please expect them to put you down at some points and make you feel incompetent. Thanks for keeping my kids safe but I would like to be treated as a human being.
